To commission me, you must agree to and sign my Terms of Service:  Terms of ServiceThe following are terms of service for Rainbow-Foxy (hereinto referred to as “the Artist”), relevant to all non-commercial projects. These terms will outline expected behaviour when working with the Artist and are here to protect all parties involved, in any and all exchanges. In return for the artworks that are completed and delivered under this agreement, the Client shall compensate the Artist, according to the terms of this document. In the event the Client retracts payment or fails to make any of the payments referenced in this document by the 48 hour deadline set forth, or by other discussed payment timelines, the Artist has the right, but is not obligated, to pursue any or all of the following remedies: (1) terminate the agreement, (2) withhold all files, artwork, source, commitments, or any other service to be performed by the Artist for Client, (3) bring legal action.

NOTE: These are bare prices, added complexities or complex backgrounds cost extra. Some examples are old, so current day style/quality may be more advanced. Complicated characters have added fees. Additionally, many examples are pretty old and outdated, and my artwork does improve with time! TRUST ME piece - Give me any amount of money/points (at least a $7 though guys, don't be dirt cheap), a character, and a description of what you would like portrayed. Depending on how well I am paid, I will draw you something that corresponds to that price. For example, $7-$10 or something would fetch a doodly sketch of a headshot or an icon. Similarly, throwing $250+ at me would fetch something that I pour my soul into. Fair enough, right? ^_^

EXPERIMENTAL - Basically, throw money, a character, a song, a theme, and what the character is like at me. Based on how much you pay me, I shall make you something, usually something I haven't done before so that I can try something new. Like a trust me, but I'll be messing around with new things rather than using my standard methods.

UNLISTED: If you are interested in something that you've seen in my gallery but isn't listed in my prices, by all means contact me for a quote and we can talk about it/work something out!

PORTRAITS: Quality portraits of a character with detailed shading/lighting and a simple blurred background. Range in $60 - $70, and any complexity fees included.

ANIMATION:
Due to the complex nature of pricing animations, if you are interested in an animated commission, please note me for a quote of what exactly you want to have made. Price changes susceptible to character and animation complexity.

GORE:
Gore/guro work is priced as normal work with an additional charge for violent content. Added fees are starting at $10 for things like intermediate blood/bruising in sketches/flats (if its super small there's no charge), etc, but prices go up in correspondence to violence, detail, and the base price of the initial piece. So, for example, things like lots of blood and bruises, organs, very anatomically detailed internal exposure, etc, are bound to be more expensive.

SPEEDPAINT VIDEOS
Speedpaint videos are recordings of the art process (whether I streamed it or privately recorded it) that are sped up, have music added to them, and are posted to youtube. Posted speed paints can only be SFW (non-explicit) content. Nudity and gore should be fine. They can be purchased based on quote; larger pieces will have a video charge of $50 to account for time editing, continuous focused drawing, etc. They are made on my own time/when I choose to draw the piece. Scheduled live streaming is potentially (though rarely) available and subject to higher rates. You can pick your own music to be added to the video; if none is requested I will apply something to my tastes. Private mp4 video recordings that cannot be posted to youtube/shared (whether for personal reason or NSFW content) are subject to higher rates. Length of drawing time may also affect rates (smaller pieces less charge, larger, more). Minimum for a speed paint is that the art piece must be colored.

ICONS
Icons are generally made at 150x150 px size.
Flower Crown Icons:
*Flower crowns are optional, you can have basic icons.
$10 flats
$13 simple shading/lighting
$17 complex shading
Additional conjoined characters are approximately half base price.

You can either pick a more simple, cutesy style (like the trio), or more realistic (Like the cougar/dragon/TP/red and green wolf).

ANIMATED ICONS:
Due to the complex nature of pricing animations, if you are interested in an animated commission, please note me for a quote of what exactly you want to have made. Price changes susceptible to character and animation complexity. I am considering pay-per-frame.

*I can generally do any species, you need to be specific on what you want going on. These are only busts/heads. Points and paypal, but I prefer points.

*Includes a large 300x300 or 400x400 original, and multiple other sized down icons (50x50, 100x100). Only the preview images are small, the actual submissions are much larger. Though I have made some smaller icons. Specify the sizings you want/need.

Blink or small animation: (undeclared)
A blinking animation or something small moving on an otherwise static character. Price changes depend on character complexity and image complexity (flats, simple shading, complex shading).

Wiggle: (undeclared)
Wiggle icons feature a custom icon with wiggle/jitter, meaning that the line/colors shift slightly, giving an air of lively movement to an otherwise static icon. You can see this wiggle effect in many of my animations. More expensive based on complexity of character as well as how many frames you want. Flats only.

Wiggle + Other: (undeclared)
Features the aforementioned wiggle effect along with some other sort of animation. Simpler animations are in the $30 price range, while more complex animations or an entire shift in pose are more expensive ((undeclared)). More expensive based on complexity of character, or if including multiple animations, like blinking, smoke, motion, expression changes, etc. Flats only.

Other: (Inquire)
Animations like ears shifting, pose shifting, expression changes, etc on otherwise static icons that don't fit the previous categories should be inquired with quote, price going up based on character or animation complexity, frames, etc. I prefer to do more complex animation in Flats only. Notable expression changes or icons in a detailed realistic/semirealistic style are going to be more pricey.



BADGES
This is the pricing for badges, broken down into parts, but the same pricing corresponds to non-badges/regular art if you want it broken down by full body, half, head. Additional characters are an additional charge.

Basically a flatcolor drawing with a color palette. Simple information (name, age, etc) can be added.
 

Complex shading - $70 base, +$50 per other full/half body views. +$30 for smaller close ups. Additional charges depending on amount of info.

Painted Coloration (preferable for iridescent colored creatures)- $100 base, +$65 per other full/half body views. +$45 for smaller close ups. Additional charges depending on amount of info, detail, etc.

Waitress Base References:
Base of $25, +$10 for back view, +$15 for a pose with detailed clothing included. Price goes up depending on if I need to draw things from scratch (like hand drawn hair, clothes, muzzles, accessories), how many views you have, how complex the character is, etc.

CUSTOMS:
-Artistic freedom customs in which loose concepts and ideas are given to the artist to exercise and create with artistic liberty cost as much as the base price for the commissioned art itself plus a designing base of $60+ to account for research, designing time/effort if the desired design is detailed or complex, as well as the usage license (i.e., a design drawn like a flat fullbody will be $45 + $60+ = $105+). No checks or changes. Lower fees for super simple designs.
-Client Supervised customs with direction, corrections, checks, etc from the client are subject to higher designing fees in addition to art service fee depending on complexity and detail.
